Keeping cool!

28°C  -  9 mph SW Wind Speed  -  14 mph Gusts  -  Sunny Day.  Too hot for anything too strenuous today although I did stroll round to the Post Office for some stamps.  Amazed to see this walker in a heavy hoody  -  maybe meant to keep him cool  -  hope it did.  Clearly the Council Road-sweepers are keep cool somewhere!!
