Harvest time

I got really excited when I saw this combine harvester (I assume that is what it is called!) going down the road and then pull into the field a little way down the lane. I spent over an hour just watching and trying to figure out how it was working. I'm sure the driver saw me taking lots of photographs and probably thought I was mad.
My neighbour had warned me to close the windows while they were working and I am glad I did as the air was thick with dust by the time he had finished.
