Cricket

Went to Vogrie Parkrun this morning - first time since March. Well, first time running as I have been a few times as a marshal. Good to be back although hard work. Luckily it wasn’t quite as hot as expected.
And then to cricket in the afternoon. Pleasant few hours watching my sons team - started well, but not looking good when we left. They have moved up a league and are now struggling. It’s very disheartening for my son who is captain, and for the rest of the team too of course. Not great for us parents either! Imagine if they were the England team ….
