Swap

We traveled home and daughter went the other way. We all agreed they should go today before the very high temperatures hit. Already had photos of grandson at his first live music event, folk group in market square sent him to sleep.
She is very pleased they decided to go early as the cottage is cool.
We got home to a very hot house and dry garden, the water in the pond has dropped and as Severn Trent have text asking that we don’t use hose pipes I have left it. Apples and pear tree both doing very well.
I have an on line course tomorrow and Tuesday and not looking forward to three hours sat in a hot house. Hair cut after lunch and not sure about that either as I haven’t been for over a year.
