Farewell Scotland!

A lovely few days with great weather and lots to see.  A walk around the seafront and the harbour this morning before leaving for home.  Collage in extras.  Saw this “Saltire” in the sky as we passed through Biggar on our journey south.  Arrived home mid-afternoon, and unpacked and changed ready to go to see the Spooky Men’s Chorale in Hebden Bridge this evening.    A fun evening with lots of laughter.  Such a great group who can sing a funny song one minute and then a poignant and emotional song like “Crossing the bar” the next, with wonderful harmonies.  We were encouraged to join in with one song, and as we were with a few members of our community choir we think we managed the melodies and harmonies quite well :-))
