Wagging Tails
Dear O'H dear & Lovely Tea Jenny,
Mary Doll and Victor brought Murphy back this morning. I imagined a happy reunion and a lovely walk.
A happy reunion it was. Murphy was excited to be home and we were equally excited for him to be home.
Which was slightly dampened by the crunching sound of him eating the dead bird he found on our walk. He cleverly stood in the middle of the burn with his snack to avoid the risk of me dragging him away. When he was finished, he picked up his ball, happy to continue on our walk - with a feather still sticking out of his mouth!
It was further dampened by having to clear up the regurgitated bird from the back garden (EMP: “I can see organs”).
But still only slightly dampened. It was still exciting to have him back.
