Wilsontown

After a few drinks at the cricket club last night and a large nightcap I somehow fell asleep on the couch and woke in my bed (must have got up during the night).

I slept in for parkrun but jumped out of bed and into the bike (as may have still been over the limit) and arrived just as they started.

Managed round the 5km circuit in a blur and then popped over to the bakers for breakfast.

Cycled back then MrsT and I took H for a nice walk around Wilsontown. It was a lovely day with the weather.

L was at gymnastics all day then a commonwealth games party in the evening.

I took the FiL ten pin bowling in the evening at Murrayfield. Need a relaxing night now.
