Field of Glass

Up at 7 to take Léo for a little stroll before it got too too hot.
Back for swim and petit déj and then another stroll, with L as well.
Few odd jobs around the house and then out for a little run, which ended up quite long 21k with with 464m of elevation. Might have been easier if I had eaten some more before going, and if the fountains in the villages were working. But all have been turned off following hosepipe ban

Home for a swim and another walk after dinner.
