Track & Field & Sky

One of my favourite blips last year was Track & Field and it was one of the prints I chose to exhibit recently. It didn't sell ... but I didn't expect it to as it is definitely a bit abstract. It was in there to show my artistic side :-)

Anyway ... the popularity of that shot on blip and the feedback on Flickr when I linked to it the other day made me think about how I could explore and study the local fields. And tracks. And sky. So this week when its been nice during the evening I've been searching, studying and shooting exactly that. I'm trying to pull together a collection of pictures.

LOTD: Beth Wester Ross's sunset blip is sublime - the misty mountains and golden glow are great and Eyelash Wish's spring stars blip is great too - lovely splashes of colour, DOF and darkness.
