Just sitting down to dinner and the door bell rings......
Opened the door and there is our Thai neighbour Suweh holding a dish of fragrant pork curry and a container of rice....`For you and Chris` she says with a big beaming smile on her face.
Now I am in a quandry......we`re not in tomorrow night and saturday we go up to Liverpool for the weekend to see Mum so when do we eat this.
Will it be ok to chill and take with us, or can I freeze it......
