A bit of a fun blip this time round, this is my friend Adam who's staying till Sunday & we found lots of leaves so had a bit of a play in them & with the camera. You gotta love his expression here - we can't stop laughing over it! Hope it's made you all smile :D

Long day, it's been dull & cold - tomorrow is meant to be better - I'm knackered & haven't managed the gym at all for 2 days, I feel so naughty - going to try tomorrow! :) xxx
