MOT

Had a medical MOT today and all OK.Need to lose 4KG to get my BMI just right so not to bad.Told to have more regular checks and not to leave it another 9 years!I don't like doctors told him I would try to see him before he retires.You know when you are getting old when your wedding pictures are beginnig to fade on the mantlepeice.
A good busy day.Van down to Shropshire with 9 trolleys of plants.A little over the weight probably.Must uprate the springs so it looks better than it is.Helen has been getting to grips with the othere van.
Olga took a great picture of a mouse eating my Marigolds sat between two mouse traps.Must be a Scouse mouse hard faced enough.
Both vans loaded and ready for dispatch first thing in the morning.Ordered more heating oil to come in for the weekend.Weather is forcast to turn cold again.
Em played me some Shaggy on her radio show.Love Shaggy and must get some more on the ipod.
Some rain at times and windy.Cold mainly but the Sun is warm when it comes out.
