Fez Faience

I don't know if it's really faience but it's certainly characteristic of Fez earthenware, a ceramic lamp stand.

My birthday. The weather was unbelievably lovely, warm but not too hot and a cooling breeze. Basil is a lot better. We took him for a run on Dishley playing fields.

Red warning of extreme heat for Monday and Tuesday. Not looking forward to that at all, especially as it will still be over 30 C at night. You'd have thought we were back in Muscat. I hope our A/C unit continues to work.
