Salad Sunset

It's two years to the day we moved into our new home in Goodrich, Ross on Wye, Herefordshire, and it's nice to mark the occasion. Last year we walked up to the trig point of our local mountain, Coppett Hill, and enjoyed some sandwiches and a bottle of wine to mark the anniversary.

Mrs BB was home from work by 7pm and we set off to do the same thing only I'd made us each a bowl of greek salad to go with a bottle of chilled white wine and ice we carried up. The aerial photo' shows the sun setting over the Black Mountains in the distance as we raise a glass in celebration of another lovely year in an area of outstanding national beauty in the Wye Valley.
