Pruning and deadheading.

It is only feasible to work in the garden before 10 a.m.  After that it gets much too hot. Today was leisurely pruning and cutting back roses so that we get a further flush of flowers in July.  No creatures in the pool today, just us to cool down.  We have competing offers on our house, just waiting to see how things pan out.
