Ready and Waiting

The cafe downstairs was ready for some shady action. I however was headed to the fruit&veg market, where I bought neither fruit nor veg but did head home with a carton of artichoke cheese spread. A special request from S who is picking up nicely and ready to come out of quarantine soon, test permitting.
It wasn’t quite as hot today so I’ve spent a fair while on the terrace and even did some chair re-varnishing which will see them through until next summer. Another task ticked off from the (very slowly) decreasing list.
