A walk jog

To the summit of Brown Clee via Boyne water.
Brown Clee Hill is the highest hill in the rural English county of Shropshire, at 540 metres (1,770 ft) above sea level.[1][2] It is one of the Clee Hills, and is in the Shropshire Hills

A light breakfast on the hoof of wild raspberries and bilberries/Whortleberries/Whimberries what ever colloquial version you might have been taught, before a tramp across a variety of uneven surfaces. Plenty of inquisitive sheep and skittish bunny rabbits, some varied bird life including Wheatears, a hawk of some kind, Stonechats, and Goldfinches as I ran back along the spruce filled woodland.
The rest of the morning + was spent chauffeuring Uncle D to Hereford County Hospital for his regular eye treatment (macular-degeneration), the usual transport unavailable as cousin Z is in Spain on holiday and cousin E is suffering with you know what virus!
