Why Do You Never See Baby Pigeons?

One of the eternal questions. This is perhaps the closest thing: a young Woodpigeon sitting on our veranda this morning.
The main event today was a trip to the dentist - 4 fillings, but one was a replacement and 3 were just repairs to chips, so not too bad. I was just glad that the weather was still not too hot. Getting ready to batten down for a hot weekend and beyond.
