From the barbed wire fence to the open wonder of the sky with brilliantly bubbly clouds. Fabulous!

A busy day at school which, unbelievably at the moment, started with some rain. It soon turned bright and beautiful again though. :-)

Another brilliant day at the Tour de France with the riders taking on the Croix de Fer and Alpe D'Huez. I have climbed both, on separate days, and seeing the riders scale the slopes always brings back magical memories.

It was wonderful to see Tom Pidcock win his maiden Tour de France stage in style atop the iconic Alpe D'Huez climb. He's from Leeds and still lives there with his parents. What an achievement at 22, I imagine he cannot quite believe it! He's a bright future ahead. :-)
