The street performers are starting to arrive in the Royal Mile. 

Therapy day. Was not productive, I don't think she knows how to help me. Afterwards walked home and sat in the park, and cried. Tried phoning the hospital as I am scared at what I was thinking. They couldn't help and directed me to a charity 'the crisis centre' but they directed me back to the hospital. 
I don't know what to do or where to go. I am feeling not safe anywhere I go.
