Field of Gold

The fields of wheat and oats seem to be doing well so far.  I hope the farmers manage to get the crops in in a timely fashion.

Rob and his brother took the two wives out for lunch today.  Rob and John's birthday is on 14 June but we haven't managed to get together until now.  We had a first rate meal in Flyford Flavell.

Sister in law Eve broke her arm/shoulder a few weeks ago on the Tarka Trail.  She had a check up this morning.  She seems to have 6 or 7 pins in the shoulder joint and the top of her arm and it is still very painful.

Louie has gone to the Children's Hospital today in preparation for an operation on his head tomorrow.  We have been waiting a long time for this and we are hoping and praying that all will go well.  Please keep Louie and his mommy and daddy in your thoughts and prayers.
