A beautiful day out today, very warm but with a pleasant breeze. We’ve been looking after our middle granddaughter and she asked to go and see the horses this afternoon. We only had a short walk as she has caught her sister’s chickenpox so didn’t have much energy and wanted to be carried.

This evening I have a choir concert in the village so a busy day all round!
