mum’s main carer getting ready for tomorrow ……
this morning mum was not feeling good at all after lunch she had a nap and was a bit better…. all of a sudden she really realised again who i am and she broke down…. me too…. not sure if she knows now….
today there is een birthday meal… mum chose Chinese…. we are eating together in a separate room…. the carers here are amazing…..
