Cane toad

In recent days its been the pretty princess Lexi, today is this ugly evil looking Cane Toad, which is a pest here in Queensland. To give some indication of its size this fellow ( or lady) would NOT fit in my hand….. not that I tried.
So, Kaylene has done her weeks isolation and back to work today, Aidan has spent the best part of the day in bed with a migraine ( a family trait) , poor boy!!
This morning Lexi and I tackled a Disney Lego which we bought the first week we were here. Clever set up that closes like a book.
This afternoon we washed down the patios, Lexi loved playing with the hose and got VERY wet. That’s where I found the toad tucked under something.
