Relaxing

Krista and Dan really wanted to go golfing with Gramps. I went along to keep Bruce company while they played, and I think I had the most fun! Gramps was very impressed with Krista's golf skills. When she was younger, he used to take her and Kalyn to the driving range to hit a few balls, and he's always said that she had good technique. She didn't take up the game until a couple of years ago and has made great progress. They were all fairly pleased with their play. I walked most of the course with Bruce and rode in the cart with him and G for parts. On some paths, he trotted beside the cart (on his leash of course). I really wish I'd taken a photo of him in the cart! What a great wee dog he is. After the game, we ate a local restaurant beside the harbour then came home to relax. The three of them really need a relaxing weekend, and I think that's exactly what they had. They're such hard workers, and I'm so happy that they were able to come over, even for a short visit. Sad to see them leave later in the afternoon.
