Blue Boy

New rose has finally opened up. I was expecting something a bit more lilac coloured but still very pretty and with a gorgeous scent.
Pizza experiment continued tonight with a bit more success. Made a mistake with the dough recipe though using active dry yeast measurements rather than fast acting yeast so more yeast was needed. The results were perfectly edible but the bases were more like some kind of paratha rather than pizza.
