Oh! My giddy aunt

Day spent in the garden a bit of dead heading watered and fed all the pots. Mr PC was doing a bit of pond maintenance when he called excitedly for me to come (I thought what has he done now) and there on the bench was this beautiful dragonfly think it’s a “Common Hawker” (please correct me if I’m wrong) never seen one in our garden before, I grabbed my camera and managed a few shots before it flew off, it flew around the garden before settling on the hedge and there it stayed allowing me to take loads of shots.
