Hanging On

A session at the gym. Interesting to chat to friend K who had just come back from a family wedding in Canada. Interesting to hear that some Human Rights lawyers at the wedding had heard of Eldest son Stephen. 

Bumped into S in the woods who was putting the finishing touches to a small orienteering event on Saturday. I offered refreshments and space to upload his courses. Which gave us an opportunity to discuss how we could help on the day.

The air conditioning has finally been fixed with some new seals which sorted out the leak. Given the heat glad to have a cooler car.
