Quiche and salad

I stripped the lodger's bed this morning and re-made it with fresh linen to welcome him back tomorrow on his return from a quick trip to visit his older brother in Winchester.

I then made a butternut squash, spinach and goat's cheese quiche, which we had for supper with this salad. 

So that's our supper for the next two nights sorted as well.
