Number two grandson arrived today, on his very smart bike, to say 'Welcome Home'.  He's been enjoying this lovely weather - and has done two triathlons, back to back.  Came 5th in Bristol two Sundays ago and 4th at Croyde last Sunday- winning his age category both times. He's doing a 'short course' triathlon this Sunday as well. 
We enjoyed a couple of hours chat before he headed off.
It has been sweltering again today - the humidity is high and unpleasant, but it is wonderful to be warm.  I'm staying cool inside!
