Seeking advice, perhaps

A really relaxing day. One short shopping trip in the late morning, and otherwise reading until we went to visit C and Young L back from his wrestling weekend. I read for so long that the only way to get a daylight walk was to do so in Swanson.

The walk was shorter than I had expected as the path was flooded due to the water-logged grassed areas beside the path overflowing onto the path.I didn;t have the right shoes on for that. Tsuken would suggest bare feet. Not a good idea on the gravel.

Nevertheless I was able to get a photograph of a blackbird on the Kereru sculpture near the entry to the Urlich Promenade.
