Good growth!

I thought my little magnolia would make a nice blip today as it's now in full bloom.

My sister-in-law gave it to us for my daughter's Christening/first birthday so we've had it almost nine years now. It's supposed to grow at the same rate as my daughter and so they should both be the same height. Allowing for the fact that my daughter is standing a bit in front of it, it's not doing too badly so far, is it?
