Yang rou chuanr

Yang rou chuanr or in English lamb/mutton barbecue. One of the seemingly reserved occupations for Muslims from Xinjiang in China's far north west. The only other jobs I've seen Xinjiang Muslims employed in is selling nuts, making and a special kind of Xinjiang bread or workings in a Muslim restaurant.

I used to love eating this at night along with a cold beer when I was in Beijing but it never tastes very good here in the southern city of Shenzhen
