Hosta "Big Daddy" ( sieboldiana hybrid )

Another day of taking things easy to try to give my knee a chance to return to normal.

Just outside the studio door, we have a container with a "Big Daddy" in it.  At the moment it is flowering well.  I tend to ignore Hosta flowers but today for some reason I noticed the flowers and they are really much more impressive than I tend to think.

So not having moved about too much it was a suitable blip.
