Sunflowers

After  a disappointing campsite at Mirande we explored the market in the town today. I managed to buy a couple of lightweight linen dresses which should be suitable for the predicted heat of the next few days.
We’re now in Cahors and it’s incredibly hot. Almost 36 c as we arrived. Now cooled off to 31.
The swimming pool was most welcome.
An amazing coincidence has occurred. A British couple in the next plot to us in Collioure a week or so ago are now here in the next plot to us again. Neither of us knew that the other would be here. Heading for the Dordogne tomorrow.
Sunflowers are at the side of the road somewhere near Montauban.
Extra is Peter buying some of our favourite Ossau Iraty cheese at the market in Mirande.  The seller was very chuffed to find we had heard of his local cheese in England and that it was one of our favourites,
