Simple

Simple,  and simply just too hot today.

Round the reservoir for our morning walk as it's the coolest place to walk in this heat.

Met a neighbour with a big carrier bag full of rubbish she'd cleared. The sun is out and so are the teenagers and their litter. She'd scooped up a pile of towels and swimming trunks that had been left. Some good quality towels in the pile, I'm sure their mothers won't be too pleased to find them missing! She couldn't pick up the coke can amongst the swan. family (extra) as she had her dog with her.

It was so hot I decided to give Ali a bath in the garden, we don't have hot taps set up here yet so it was the cold tap and tepid watering cans. I'm sure in these temperatures she didn't mind, although I'm sure she'd rather of not had a bath, but I know she'll feel better for it.

J back to the nurse today, he finished his antibiotics yesterday, but is still coughing. It appears he still has some infection in his left lung, so another course this week.
