The best laid plans..................

The day hasn't turned out at all they way I wanted, but that's life, I suppose.   J had to take his Royal Enfield for an mot first thing, so off he went. The bike passed with flying colours, which I knew it would. After a quick change, J made some tuna, red onion and mayo sandwiches, and we went to Ogmore by sea for a picnic, and  we were hoping to get a coffee from the Land Rover. ( we had bottled water just in case) I got excited to see the Land Rover was there, but we couldn't find anywhere to park. J drove around three times just hoping someone would pull out, but we had to give up, and came home.  Ah well, it was a good idea, but  the garden was nice and quite, and we had our picnic out there.
