The Unwelcome Souvenir

What is there to say? I've been so, so careful but threw caution to the winds by going to Shetland. Our friend G. tested positive when she returned to Liverpool. As Cameraman presumably has some immunity from his recent infection I thought it only a matter of time before it came my way. I've tested regularly - always negative till today. 

Just unpicking my week which was planned round some really lovely things. Such as today when all three grandchildren were going to come here to play in the paddling pool. And seeing some of my very best friends all in the same place at the same time for the first time since lockdowns. Hey ho.
