Another Lovely Day
Gosh I love this weather! Overnight temperatures in the mid 50’sF/12.7C and in the high 70’sF/26C in the late afternoon. Blue skies with lots of sun.
I caught up on some housework this morning, had a an important midday meeting for the botanical garden (yeah I know it’s Sunday) and then nine holes of golf. My friend and I were joined by an excellent male golfer and I actually played better than I have in a long time.
My son came by with the grandchildren late this afternoon and Odette stayed behind to spend the night. She’ll be going to golf camp this week and staying with us much of the week. Pure joy!
I love this combination of plants - Brunnera, a random variegated hosta, Juniper ‘Gold Cone, Sword Fern, and the lovely Geranium ‘Ann Folkard’ winding its gorgeous way through the plants.
