Ferruginous Bee-Grabber

I guessed that this was a thick-headed fly or conopid as soon as I saw it. It's Sicus ferrugineus the ferruginous bee-grabber. Females pounce on worker bumblebees and inject an egg into the bee abdomen using the specialised ovipositor.
