Hidden cells

I was attending a meeting in the municipal buildings this morning and prior to it was allowed into the inner sanctum of the building . I was un aware there were cells in this building and when I saw them I felt compelled to ask if i could go and take a quick picture. After a brief explanation about blipping to 2 puzzled faces I raced along for a pic. It's not my best capture but I won't be there again....... Hopefully.
