Cloudless skies and sizzling sun….

We both went out for a run first thing this morning. Even running in the shade was warm. The stretches seem to have worked and there was no sciatica problems….hurray!

Jet had short walks in the shade of the woods but it was at a very sedate pace. 

Enjoying my Hydrangea which resides in an old wooden half barrel. It always reminds me of holidays in Brittany.
