Bermuda Buttercup

We were so lucky with the weather yesterday, today has been a mixture of heavy, squally showers and warm sunshine. The oxalis, or Bermuda buttercup or even better, the soursob..love that name...is a wildflower growing along the grassy verges around here. I understand it can be quite invasive ..for Miranda's wildflower challenge. 
A quiet day after yesterday's excitement, son has been at the girlfriend's since Friday evening, due back tonight. I've done a bit of cleaning, packed my case early, as I was worried about getting extra things in it, and cooked broccoli and cheese sauce with a jacket potato for dinner.
