Medals or Beads

I don't have any medals with colourful ribbons. Any family medals from wars gone by are elsewhere with other family members. It's ANZAC day and the best I can do is wear some beads gathered from my own tours in far off lands. Luckily my travels were of my own free will and into peaceful countries. These beads honour some of those journeys but I offer respect for the medal bearers of today.
