A Good Read

We had a little bit of sunshine at the start of the day. By the afternoon it clouded over. No rain today. Yesterday we had around 11 mils which is the most we have had for a while. 

I am enjoying this book so far. The photo is of my sons who were born in London. This shot was taken on a day trip to Rochester Castle around 1988.

I am still having trouble eating and still can't drink clear liquids. So no improvement. I thought last night I was improving. I have lost 4k since last Wednesday. Not the best way to lose weight so quickly.
