Oh Nooooo!

Well it serves me right for trying to be something I ain't - ladylike!! Had some lovely gel nails extensions put onto my horrible bitten ones, in the hope that my own nails would grow underneath and it might break my nail bitting habit, because believe me you can't bit these ones!

Making the tea tonight and the knife slipped while I was chopping an onion and I managed to chop the end off my left thumb - this is the result!!!

Disaster for the nail but maybe preferable to chopping the end off my finger, which might have been the result if I hadn't had them.
