Miserable morning

Sitting in my car at the hospital because there was an accident on the Westlink so I left the house earlier than normal and changed my route to one which turns out to be quicker.
I'm horribly early hence the sitting in my car.
I'm spending the morning in Pre op assessment and afternoon back in theatre.
