Saturday

Hospital were to be phoning between 9 and 10am to arrange a home visit from the psychiatrist and the nurse. They didn't phone. 
Phoned at 11.30am and asked if I could get up there as psychiatrist couldn't leave the building. Was to go for 2pm. I wasn't happy as feeling confused numb no energy. 
Got bus at 1.00 and at 1.30 they phoned to cancel as she had an emergency to go to. They were going to phone with a time to visit me when she was free. 
Off bus crossed road , home. 
Phoned at 6.30pm and asked if they sent a taxi (free of charge) could I go up and see her. 
There at 7pm. She said she had read my notes but could I tell her what was going on. Fed up repeating myself . 
Then arranged for a visit tomorrow. 15 mins in total in there. 
Still no further forward. Despite telling them what I want to do to myself. I know there is no quick fix and they can't just make things better but it just seems so little.
