Outdoor studio....

Way too hot to go anywhere today, so a couple of 'garden' images. Both in situ in the garden, but with a piece of dark paper behind to create the background.

Main image is a house leek of some description. It's thrived on nearly 24 years of benign neglect since being moved to Portsmouth from Coventry after my Mum died.

Also , quite liked the teasel, which similarly to the main picture, has had zero help from me, having self-seeded.

Both images proof, if it were ever needed, that nature will find a way....
