St John's wort?

It's hot here. Very hot. I'm sitting outside the house watching the sun set. The text I wrote has just disappeared. It was the same as usual ... Bla bla, market, bla bla fish for supper, bla bla walk, bla bla swans and cygnets.

One thing... I was exploring the ice grotto in the freezer when I saw a pack of something that appears to be called Dharma Ham. It took me a minute to realise that Buddhists are vegetarian! Oh dear, I blame the heat.
